Ongoing Tasks

  • All client projects are done on time and to quality.
  • Facilitate weekly leadership team meetings, Lead weekly team meetings and daily huddles (when needed).
  • Company policies and procedures are clear, documented, and shared, and known by all.
  • Provide keen knowledge and backup on all accounting and administrative projects.
  • Implement an education calendar for employees and set goals to become QuickBooks certified.
  • Complete monthly review of all client financials. Ensure all clients receive monthly financials and receive a high quality touch from their accountant each month.
  • Distribute quarterly client surveys.
  • Oversee and monitor accountants and admin workload, and engagement. Ensure all staff get a monthly 1-1 check-in.
  • Ensure tools and technologies are well maintained and coordinate with IT on new employee hardware, routine maintenance/updates, and IT issues.
  • Lead recruiting and hiring. Facilitate new employee onboarding.
  • Process bookkeeping review for your own assigned clients. Set example on timeliness and quality through your own work.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the CEO
